Project Terms and Conditions

Project: Red Seal Design agrees to provide graphic design services to the Client. Red Seal Design agrees they will remain the sole provider for the term of the Project. All work will remain unique, original, not AI-generated, and plagiarism-free.

Deliverables: The Project above shall be conducted and delivered upon payment of the listed amounts. All fees will be invoiced upon submission of deliverables to the Client and will be due in 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to begin work on the Project. Printing costs are not included in the listed amount. If the scope of work changes during work on the Project, additional costs may occur. Red Seal Design will submit any price changes to the Client before beginning such tasks. If the Client delays the Project by more than 30 days, a restart fee may apply. Payments are accepted by check payable to Jennifer Strezo, Zelle to 7734562732, credit card, and ACH bank transfer.

Termination: Either party may terminate this contract at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice. Upon cancellation of this contract, the Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred before contract termination. Should the Client choose to cancel this Project after the Project's completion, the Client will remain responsible for full payment of the total Project cost.

Confidentiality: Red Seal Design hereby acknowledges they may be involved in or become aware of information that relates to the Client on a personal level including information about the Client's past, future, present, customer names, marketing plans, project information, and financial documents. Red Seal Design agrees to protect all the above information and keep any information obtained confidential. However, Red Seal Design will be permitted to display the final work on its website or in promotional materials.

Client Approval: The Client will be notified and must approve any and all materials prior to Project finalization and submission. Furthermore, the Client will have permission to accept the work and request revisions if needed. All Projects include three rounds of consolidated revisions.

Agreement: By paying the invoice, the Client agrees they have read, understood, and will comply with the terms listed in this contract.
